The Park City Planning Commission will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, to discuss several proposed amendments to the Land Management Code, according to a September 14 notice.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. and conclude at 9:30 p.m. at the Marsac Municipal Building in the City Council Chambers, located at 445 Marsac Avenue. Residents have the option to participate virtually, though written comments submitted during the meeting will be entered into the public record without being read aloud.
During the work sessions, the commission will address multiple topics, including sustainability and zero emission stretch code regulations. Other agenda items include updates regarding telecommunications facilities, emerging technologies, and seasonal housing provisions within affordable master planned developments.
Additional discussions will cover the integration of firewise and waterwise landscaping requirements, as well as regulations for outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs associated with single residential units. The commission will also review possible amendments to off-street parking for vehicles and bicycles.
