The Hyde Park City Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a regular meeting on Sept. 16, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers located at 113 E. Center St. and will be live-streamed on YouTube at @HydeParkUtah.
The meeting agenda includes the approval of minutes from the Sept. 2, 2026, meeting and a report from City Planner Machael Layton. Administrative items for consideration include recommendations for plat amendments regarding Lone Cedar Phase 2, Cedar Bluffs Allred, and Lone Cedar McKay. The commission will also review a recommendation for ARIA development approvals revocation and items related to Snackco, including a preliminary plat and a site plan.
Discussion items for the meeting include 2026-21 MDR, 2026-22 HDR, and 2026-23 SLR. The next regular meeting for the commission is scheduled for Oct. 7, 2026.
