The Roy City Council is set to hold a town hall meeting on May 5, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. One of the primary topics for discussion during the session involves potential annexation with the Weber Fire District.
The meeting will take place in person at the Roy City Council Chambers located at 5051 S 1900 W, Roy, Utah. For those unable to attend in person, the proceedings will be streamed live on the Roy City YouTube channel.
The agenda includes a period for public comments, which are limited to three minutes per person. This segment provides an opportunity for residents to address the Council regarding various concerns or ideas. The city noted that individuals with more complicated messages requiring additional time may contact the Council via email at council@royutah.gov.
In accordance with the Open and Public Meetings Act, any councilmember may participate in the meeting through teleconference.
