The ranking is based on G2's dual-axis methodology, which evaluates products using customer satisfaction and market presence derived from verified user reviews. In these reviews, 94% of users rated Weave with 4 or 5 stars, and 96% of users stated the product is headed in the right direction.
Weave's top ranking was supported by high scores in several specific areas, including 96% for Secure Communications, 95% for Patient Experience Management, 94% for Ease of Administration, 92% for Team Management, and 91% for Ease of Setup.
