The South Sanpete School District has announced upcoming athletic schedules for the winter season, including a girls basketball series in Ogden and the state drill team competition at Utah Valley University.
Girls Basketball Scheduled in Ogden
The South Sanpete School District has scheduled a series of girls basketball games to take place in Ogden on Thursday, Dec. 3, 2026. The event will feature three different levels of competition throughout the afternoon and evening.
According to the district, the C-team is scheduled to begin play at 3:30 p.m. The Junior Varsity contest will follow at 5:15 p.m., and the varsity game is set for 7:00 p.m. The entire series of games is expected to conclude by 8:45 p.m.
State Drill Team Competition Set
In addition to the basketball series, the district has scheduled the state drill team competition at Utah Valley University. This event is slated to take place over two days, beginning on Thursday, Jan. 28, 2027, and continuing through Friday, Jan. 29, 2027.
