The Cottonwood Fire has reached 92,820 acres burned with a containment level of 4%, according to a Tuesday morning update from the U.S. Forest Service – Fishlake National Forest.
On Monday, crews working to battle the wildfire completed roughly 169 miles of fireline.
The wildfire was originally discovered on June 22.
According to the update from the U.S. Forest Service – Fishlake National Forest, crews utilized direct tactics during their efforts in Beaver, Utah.
