Infrastructure Progress and Future Timelines
The city's recent updates include progress reports on several utility and transportation projects. Regarding the Historic Orchard Pathway, road work is complete for the section between 3600 S and 2450 S, with the trail expected to be finished by Spring of 2026. Construction for the segment from 2450 S to Brigham City is anticipated in 2027 and is expected to be funded primarily through grants.
Water Utility Project Updates
In water infrastructure developments, drilling is complete for Well #5, a new culinary water well. Funding for this project includes local Impact Fees and federal ARPA funds. Additionally, construction for generators at Well #3 and Well #4 is nearly complete, with the majority of costs covered by FEMA grant funding.

Perry City has also recently adopted several ordinances, including 26-I, 26-E, 26-G, 26-C, 26-A, and a series of ordinances from 2025 ranging from 25-P through 25-X.
