Eagle Point Resort has announced it will not operate for the 2026–27 winter season. The decision comes as the resort recovers from wildfire damage sustained in 2026.
Located in Beaver, Utah, Eagle Point Resort sits in the Tushar Mountains, which is Utah's third-highest mountain range. The resort features 43 runs, 650 skiable acres, and 1,500 feet of vertical drop.
Historically, the resort has operated from Friday to Monday. The facility includes the Canyonside Lodge, which is located closest to advanced terrain, and the Skyline Lodge, which provides access to beginner and intermediate runs, lessons, and rentals. A shuttle runs in both directions between the lodges.
The resort offers various lodging options, including the Village Condominiums at Eagle Point Resort, which provide ski-in/ski-out access and sleep between four and six people.
Dining options at the resort include the Canyonside Bar and Grill, which serves items such as pizza, pasta, burgers, seafood, and local beers. The Skyline Lodge Cafeteria serves mountain favorites like burgers, hot dogs, fries, and chili while the lifts are running.
Eagle Point Resort is situated approximately three-and-a-half hours from both Salt Lake City and Las Vegas. The resort is located two hours from St. George.
