Davis School District has entered into a partnership with Waterford Upstart to provide PreK children with an on-demand early learning program. The program is designed to offer parents tools, coaching, and resources to help prepare their children for school.
Program goals and objectives
The initiative aims to give children a strong start in school through accessible educational support.
Software features and daily use
The program includes tailored software featuring engaging lessons in science, math, and reading that require only fifteen minutes of daily use.
Coaching, resources, and hardware availability
In addition to software, the program provides personalized coaching for families along with easy-to-use resources intended to support existing educational efforts parents are already performing with their children. For those who qualify, the program may also provide internet access and a computer.
Eligibility and application instructions
The program is available for children entering kindergarten in Fall 2027.
