The Brigham City Library Board of Trustees is scheduled to hold a meeting on Oct. 20, 2026, according to a notice published Oct. 9. The session is set to occur from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in Library Meeting Room #3 at 26 E. Forest Street.
The agenda for the upcoming meeting includes training sessions regarding non-resident cards, presented by librarian Nannette Bauer, and book challenge training. Additionally, the board will review the September 2026 voucher statement and discuss social media training for elected and appointed officials.
Other business items scheduled for discussion include a presentation to the Brigham City Council for 2026, library programming updates, and a marketing and publicity spotlight. The board will also address the approval of the meeting minutes from Sept. 15, 2026.
Several distribution items are scheduled for the meeting, including a non-resident informational packet, book sales statistics and revenues, and marketing and publicity packets. The board will also review expenditures for physical and digital collections from the 2025-2026 fiscal year, as well as library statistical reports covering the period from September 2025 through September 2026 and collections and overdue items statistics for October 2026.
The meeting agenda was posted in three public places within Brigham City limits. A copy was provided to the Box Elder News Journal on Oct. 9, 2026, and was also posted on the Brigham City Library website and the State Public Meeting Notice website.

Members of the Library Board may participate electronically during the meeting in accordance with the Brigham City Library Board By-Laws, Article IV, Section 3.
The next scheduled board meeting is set for Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.
