Iron County leaders are delaying several proposed data center and power generation projects located near Cedar City.
County commissioners voted to pause these projects for a period of up to 180 days.
During this pause, officials will work to develop new regulations. Additionally, the county has temporarily stopped new applications that are tied to similar developments, according to a KUTV report.
