CACHE COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — A Cache County man has been charged with multiple felonies for sexual exploitation of a minor. Kevin Frank Ostergaard, 61, is charged with ten separate counts of sexual exploitation of a minor after investigators found Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) on hard drives belonging to him.
