South Salt Lake PD seeks info on missing woman
SOUTH SALT LAKE, Utah, Sept. 9, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — South Salt Lake police are looking for information on a person considered missing and at risk. Jenny Reese, 43, left her local residence Tuesday night, and did not return, the SSLPD notice says.

Cedar City man accused of setting fire while woman, children were inside
County Today A Cedar City man was arrested Monday night after police say he poured gasoline onto the porch of his former girlfriend's trailer and set it on fire while the woman and her two children were inside. Joseph Miguel Torres, 27, was booked into the Iron County Jail on suspicion of first-degree felony aggravated arson.
