A Utah judge upheld the state's revocation of a transport company's license after three clients were found dead in an employee's garage earlier this year. In March, the Utah Department of Health and Human Services revoked the license of Safe and Sound Services after the deaths of 25-year-old Colton Moser, 22-year-old Mosa'ati Moa, and 39-year-old Tim Jones.
