The Heber City Planning Commission scheduled a public hearing for September 22, 2026, to consider an amendment to the Mayflower Lofts Master Development Agreement, according to a September 10 notice.
The proposed amendment for the Mayflower Lofts development, located at SR-32 and Hwy Old 40 Parcels 00-0020-7956 and 00-0007-7532, seeks to change the land use from mixed-use buildings with limited or restricted residential use to primarily residential with limited commercial use. The request also includes exceptions to the North Village Overlay Zone design standards.
The hearing is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. at the Council Chambers located at 75 North Main Street in Heber City. Residents may participate in person or join online via a provided link at heberut.gov/Agendas.
Public comments can be submitted via email to PCPublic@heberut.gov to be read aloud during the open comment portion of the hearing and included in the permanent public record.
