The West Jordan Planning Commission scheduled a public hearing for Tuesday, September 1, 2026, to discuss specific zoning items, according to a August 19 statement.
The meeting is scheduled for 6:00 PM at West Jordan City Hall, located on the 3rd Floor at 8000 S. Redwood Rd, West Jordan, UT 84088. The hearing aims to receive public comments regarding two specific projects.
One item involves a preliminary site plan for Oquirrh West Grocery, located at 6980 W Pointe Cedar Ln. The 10.28-acre project is situated in the P-C Planned Community Zone and was submitted by applicant Chris Bick.
A second item concerns OBO Auto Sales, located at 1346 W 7800 S & 1352 W 7800 S. The commission will consider a conditional use permit for used motor vehicle sales in the C-G Zone, with Marco listed as the applicant for OBO Auto Sales LLC.
