Fairview City completed its 2/2026 Pioneer Day Celebration, which featured an extensive lineup of community activities and local traditions. The event schedule included museum programs, rodeo competitions, and various family-oriented festivities.
The celebrations began in mid-July with Lace Days at the Museum held from July 13 through July 15. Other early activities included a Family Fun Pickle Ball tournament on July 18 and a Family Fun Corn Hole event on July 18.
On July 20, the Fairview Museum hosted an Ice Breaker featuring kids games and prizes. The rodeo events commenced on July 21 with an ATV Rodeo, followed by a Kids Rodeo on July 22. Registration for the Kids Rodeo opened on July 13.
A two-day rodeo took place on July 23 and July 24. The July 23 rodeo session began at 7:30 PM, with tickets priced at $10.00 per person and children aged two and younger attending for free.
The schedule on July 24 included the Fireman’s Wakeup at 6:00 AM, a Fun Run, and the Scrambalooza. Other morning activities featured a Fireman’s Breakfast, a Flag Raising, and a Vintage Car Show.
Afternoon and evening events on July 24 consisted of a Kids Parade, the Pioneer Day Parade, an EMT Luncheon, Old Fashion Kid Games, and a Horse Parade. The second day of the rodeo concluded with a Dirt Dance.
On July 25, the Demolition Derby took place at 6:30 PM, with gates opening at 5:00 PM. A fireworks show followed the derby. The celebrations concluded on July 26 with a Daughters of Utah Pioneers program held at Rock Church.
