TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Lt. Gen. Jennifer Hammerstedt, Air Force Sustainment Center commander, and Lindel Fields, Oklahoma State Department of Education superintendent of public instruction, signed a memorandum of understanding between the Air Force Sustainment Center and the Oklahoma State Department of Education at Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., July 30, 2026.
