The Ivins Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Sept. 15, 2026, to consider a proposed concurrent map amendment for property located near Guy Lane and Fitness Way, according to a September 3 notice.
The hearing is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. at Ivins City Hall, located at 85 N. Main St. The proposal involves changing land use from Low-Density Residential to Medium-Density Residential and High-Density Residential. Additionally, the amendment seeks to transition from RC and RE-25 zones with a Planned Development overlay to RE-12.5, R-1-3, and RC zones on approximately 63.94 acres.
AnA Enterprise, LLC is the owner of the property, and Lance Anderson is listed as the applicant. A copy of the proposed amendment is available for review at the Ivins City Building Department or on the Ivins City website.
Interested parties may participate by submitting views in writing to the Planning Commission or electronically via email to Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen. Individuals requiring special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act should notify the Deputy City Recorder at least three days before the hearing.
