The Ivins City Council is scheduled to hold a regular meeting on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2026, according to a notice published Sept. 11. The meeting is set to begin at 5:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers located at 85 N. Main St., Ivins, Utah.
A public hearing is scheduled as part of the meeting to address a recommendation from the Planning Commission. The hearing concerns a concurrent land use zone and map amendment for Mojave Village, located near Guy Lane and Fitness Way. The proposal involves approximately 63.94 acres owned by ANA Enterprises, LLC, with Lance Anderson listed as the applicant/owner. The amendment involves changing various residential and resort commercial zones, including Low-Density Residential, Medium-Density Residential, High-Density Residential, Residential Estates, and Resort Commercial zones.
Other items on the agenda include discussions regarding a conditional use permit and development agreement for Mojave Village, a construction contract for installing curbing around medians on Old Highway 91, and the approval of the City Manager contract. The council will also continue discussions regarding the fire station remodel and expansion, as well as progress on updating the Land Use Plan Map.
