The hearing is intended to address proposed changes to Riverdale City Code Title 10 Chapter 22 regarding Planned Development.
The proposed amendment involves adding R-4 and R-5 residential zones as eligible zones, along with other minor corrections to the code. The hearing was scheduled to begin at approximately 6:00 p.m. at the City Council/Court chambers located in the Riverdale Civic Center at 4600 S. Weber River Drive.
