According to a press release from the Ada County Coroner's Office, emergency responders were dispatched to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center at approximately 6:18 p.m. on July 23, 2026. Medical staff attempted lifesaving measures, but they were unsuccessful, and Bronson was pronounced dead at 5:35 p.m. that evening.
The coroner identified the cause of death as drowning, noting that the manner of death was an accident. The investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident is being conducted by the Valley County Sheriff.
