TOOELE COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — An individual was arrested after driving the wrong-way on I-80. According to Lieutenant Zach Randall, with the Utah Highway Patrol (UHP), Troopers assigned to Tooele County responded to I-80 around milepost 39, for reports of a wrong-way driver.
