The Tooele Army Depot has scheduled range operations for June 10, which may result in visible smoke and audible noise for nearby residents.
Activities are planned for both the North Range and South Range throughout the day.
Details on South Range activities
South Range operations are scheduled to take place between 11 AM and 4 PM. These activities could produce noise in Cedar Valley, as well as smoke and noise in Rush Valley. Such operations are expected to last approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
North Range schedule and visibility
North Range operations are also scheduled between 7 AM and 4 PM. These may produce smoke or noise that is visible in the Tooele Valley.

All scheduled operations are managed using proper safety protocols.
Residents experiencing significant noise can report the occurrence by calling 435-833-3300 or emailing usarmy.tead.jmc.list.pao@army.mil. When submitting a report, individuals should include their name, phone number, email address, city, the date and time of the occurrence, the number of occurrences, and the suspected source of the noise.
