Syracuse City has issued a notice of intent to dispose of municipally owned real property, according to a posting on the city's website. The property is located at approximately 1862 West 1700 South, Syracuse, UT 84075.
The city proposes to transfer the property to the Syracuse City Redevelopment Agency for fair market value. This action is being taken pursuant to Utah Code 11-1-203.
Before the City Council takes final action, there will be an opportunity for public comment regarding the proposed disposition. A notice for the public hearing will be provided at least 14 days in advance.
