The Syracuse City Redevelopment Agency announced in a notice published August 31 that it intends to dispose of real property located at approximately 1862 West 1700 South, Syracuse, UT 84075.
Pursuant to Utah Code 11-1-203, the agency intends to acquire the property from Syracuse City and immediately sell it for fair market value through a private sale.
Before the agency takes final action, the public will have an opportunity to comment on the proposed disposition. A notice regarding the public hearing will be provided at least 14 days in advance.
Information concerning the meeting, including the agenda, time, and date, will be posted on the Syracuse City website at https://syracuseut.gov/AgendaCenter.
The notice of intent follows the requirements established under Utah Code 11-1-203.
