'The road swallowed my car': Teen speaks after vehicle falls into sinkhole while driving

Nathan Farrer, Public Works Director for Tooele City, said the sinkhole was actually caused by a 16-inch water line that broke around 2 p.m. on the afternoon. He said, "It kind of excavated its own hole."
