The Harrisville City Planning Commission scheduled a public hearing for Wednesday, April 8, 2026, to consider adopting Ordinance 569 General Plan Amendments, according to a notice posted by City Recorder Jack Fogal. The proposed amendments are intended to have citywide applicability.
The hearing was scheduled for 7:00 PM at the Harrisville City Hall, located at 363 West Independence Blvd, Harrisville, Utah 84404. In accordance with Utah Code §10-20-204, all interested persons in attendance were given the opportunity to be heard and provide comments for or against the ordinance.
Affected entities and the public were encouraged to provide information to assist in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing the amendments. Inquiries could be directed to Jack Fogal at the Harrisville City offices.
