The property subject to the proposed disposal is a significant parcel located at the southwest corner of 300 South and Main Street. Identified as Parcel No. 01-0188-0032, the land consists of approximately 1.70 acres and is legally described as Lot 4, Block 5, Huntington Townsite Survey. The city intends to offer the property for sale through a sealed-bid process.
