MAPLETON, Utah, June 12, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — A 24-year-old man was critically injured Thursday evening after becoming buried while working on a residential project in Mapleton, authorities said. Emergency personnel from multiple agencies responded at about 7:25 p.m. June 11 to a trench rescue incident near Charlotte Court, according to the Mapleton Police Department.
