UPDATE:

08/06/2026 – The evacuation was lifted and changed to “ready” status as of yesterday 08/05/2026 for certain areas including the Public Safety building. Therefore, regular operations will resume for the public safety building and its offices as of 8:00 am this morning. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this temporary closure.

We also want to send a huge thank you to all those who worked so diligently and are still working tirelessly to keep our communities safe from this fire! Your efforts do not go unnoticed!

Due to the mandatory evacuation sent Sunday, August 2, 2026 by the Millard County Sheriff’s Office, the Public Safety building and all offices located within will be closed, until further notice.  The Sheriff’s Office will be reachable via phone.  All three courts and the Clerk’s Office will be teleworking, during this closure.  You may reach each office as outlined below:
