The Utah Infrastructure Agency (UIA) is scheduled to hold a board meeting and public hearing on Oct. 5, 2026, according to a September 29 notice. The meeting will take place at 8:30 A.M. at the UTOPIA Offices in Murray, Utah.
The agenda for the meeting includes a public hearing regarding the issuance of not to exceed $25,000,000 in telecommunications revenue bonds. This hearing will also address the potential economic impact that improvements financed by these bond proceeds may have on the private sector.
Other scheduled items include the approval of minutes from the June 8, 2026, and September 8, 2026, meetings. The meeting will also feature a financial update from Secretary/Treasurer Jason Roberts and a network update from CEO Roger Timmerman. Derek Oyler will serve as chair for the welcome and introductions.
