on Tuesday near 1808 E. UHP Lt. Zach Randall said Rebecca Hafen was walking on the shoulder when she was hit by a vehicle. Doctors performed an emergency delivery after the crash, according to a GoFundMe organized to support Hafen's husband, Tyson Hafen, and their family.
