The Mantua Town Council has approved a capital improvement plan (CIP) detailing more than a dozen road, water, and community projects extending through fiscal year 2029. Presented by Mantua Finance Manager, Ronald Wallace, the CIP formally outlines the town’s building and maintenance projects to position Mantua to qualify for state grants and loans ahead of October submission deadline.
