EskDale High School offered several resources and instructional materials for parents on its official communications platform. The school utilized a private EHS Google Group to communicate announcements, events, and other information to both students and parents.
Digital curriculum and lesson materials
The school provided parent handouts designed to accompany lessons taught during Flex Friday sessions. These materials, which used the CommonSense Media curriculum, covered topics such as media balance and well-being, privacy and security, digital footprint and identity, relationships and communication, and news and media literacy.
Health and safety resources available
Additional health resources were made available to families, including information regarding suicide awareness, mental health, drug abuse prevention, and social media side effects. The school also provided guidance on safe firearm storage and medication safety.
School policies and scholarship information
Important school policies and forms were accessible to the community, including emergency response procedures, student dress codes, and the use of electronic devices. Information regarding fee waivers and various scholarship programs, such as the HOBY Scholarship and the Daniels Scholarship Program, was also maintained for student use.

Parents who did not receive communications through the private Google Group were directed to email Sharon.Conrad@millardk12.org to request inclusion.
