8 Public Hearing: Consideration of amending Section 9-1-2 Of the Town of Alta Municipal Code to adopt the 2024 Edition of the International Wildland Urban Interface Code in accordance with H.B. 41 of the 2026 General Legislative Session of the State of Utah via Ordinance 2026-O-15
9 Discussion and possible action to adopt Ordinance 2026-O-15 for the 2024 Wildland Urban Interface Code
10 Consideration of amending Section 10-6A-5 of the Town of Alta Municipal Code to amend authority to determine setback requirements in Forestry and Recreation Zones from the Town Council to the Planning Commission via ordinance 2026-O-16
11 Discussion and possible action to adopt Ordinance 2026-O-16 amending authority to determine setback requirements
12 Public Hearing: Consideration of amending Section 10-5 of the Town of Alta Municipal Code to amend the Land Use Appeal Authority from the Town Council to an Administrative Law Judge via Ordinance 2026-O-17

- Approve an agreement with a qualified vendor to preform architectural feasibility study

- One or more members of the Town Council may attend by electronic means, including telephonically. Such members may fully participate in the proceedings as if physically present. - By motion of the Alta Town Council, pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah Code, the Town Council may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes identified.
