NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
AUGUST 20, 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Council will hold a
Public Hearing on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a
proposal to rezone approximately 0.612 acres of property from “C-H” (Planned
Highway Commercial) to “MU” (Mixed-Use). The property is located at 1596
North Avalon Drive.
The hearing will be held during the regularly scheduled Council meeting.
Public comments are welcomed.
