Grand County commissioners approved two agreements Oct. 6 for the Moab-Arches shuttle pilot, formalizing arrangements for city parking and stops and adding shuttle attendant staffing to operator Via’s existing contract. Moab-Arches shuttles are parked at their storage location off Kane Creek Boulevard in Moab on Sept.
