The Wild Goose Fire forced evacuations near Scipio in Millard County. Additionally, more than 70,000 acres burned near Eureka by the Iron and Cherry fires.
In Grand County, along the Utah-Colorado border, two wildfires ignited. Meanwhile, an uncontained Cottonwood Fire burned 92,000 acres in Southern Utah.
