The Administrative Control Board of the North Emery Water Users Special Service District will hold a public hearing and regular board meeting in Cleveland, Utah. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 5, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.
The meeting will be held at the North Emery Water Office Building, located at 1325 North Hwy. 155 in Cleveland, Utah. According to a notice posted Nov. 3, 2026, the agenda for the meeting includes the preliminary 2026 budget, a managers' report, and the approval of bills and minutes. The board may also hold an executive session as needed.
The board will also address any other business for discussion only that may come before the meeting. District Secretary Sue McArthur issued the notice, which was originally dated Oct. 28, 2026.
