EMERY COUNTY – During a recent Emery County Public Lands meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 6 the Utah Division of Water Rights (UDWR) informed the council that it has not received any notices or water right applications tied to a large data center in Carbon or Emery counties, despite growing local discussion about possible data center projects.
