7:15 P.M. BUSINESS

• To approve, modify, or deny a recommendation to the Fillmore City Council for the adoption of the International

Wildland-Urban Interface Code (IWUIC) Book.

7:20 P.M. DISCUSSION

• Discussion regarding text amendments to Title 10 Land Use Regulations affecting food truck use according to UCA §

11-56.

• Discussion regarding a review of the code enforcement policy and recommend appropriate & proportionate penalties.
