The Richmond City Council will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, according to a notice posted August 14. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 P.M. at 90 South 100 West in Richmond, Utah.
The meeting agenda includes several administrative and legislative items. The council will consider approving minutes from the July 21, 2026, meeting and will recognize Library Director Lora Smith for years of service. Additionally, the council will consider the approval of Jamie Hancock as the new Library Director, effective September 12, 2026.
Legislative items include a possible vote on Ordinance 2026-12 to rezone a 1.9-acre Cache County parcel located at approximately 250 West 100 South from Residential Low Density and Highway Commercial to Highway Commercial.
