Call to Order: President Pickett began the meeting at 6:25 p.m.

Approval of Minutes: Municipal Building Authority Meeting, May 19, 2026. Mr. Hock moved to approve the

minutes and Ms. Cotter seconded the motion. All in favor 5-0.

Public Hearing:

1. Consider a resolution of the Municipal Building Authority of Murray City adopting its budget for Fiscal

Year beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027. Finance Director Brenda Moore reviewed the

budget, stating that the MBA would receive $3 million, pay debt service in the amount of $3 million, and

allocate $5.2 million to Public Works to continue the reconstruction project. Ms. Moore noted that she

would roll forward additional funding in September 2026 for work that had not been completed during

the current year.

The public hearing was open for public comments. There were no comments and the public hearing was

closed.

MOTION: Ms. Cotter motioned to adopt the resolution and Mr. Bullen SECONDED the motion.
