The Sawmill Fire expanded by more than 800 acres on Tuesday night near the towns of Beryl and Lund in Iron County.
By 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, Utah Fire Info announced that the blaze had grown to a size exceeding 900 acres.
Suppression operations remain active at the site of the fire.
According to reports, heavy equipment operators are running dozers into the area as part of the ongoing efforts to manage the blaze.
