Eureka City provides a variety of activities for visitors located in the Historic Tintic Mining District and surrounding mountains and desert areas. Local attractions include the Tintic Mining Museum, scenic ATV trails, and sand dunes.
Visitors to the area can participate in hiking, camping, fishing, rockhounding, or sightseeing.
The Eureka Mobile Pantry distributed items at the LDS Church located at 70 E Main St. from 12:00 to 1:00 PM or until supplies were exhausted.
Water conservation efforts in the city include specific time-of-day watering parameters. On the north side of town, watering was permitted on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The south side of town followed a schedule of Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, with no watering permitted on Sunday.
Additionally, sprinkler irrigation for all lawns was prohibited between the hours of 10 am and 6 pm.
