A little rain didn't stop the Wasatch Back from celebrating Halloween on Park City's Main Street and Heber's Main Street Park. The festivities started Friday, Oct. 30, in Heber for the town's Halloween Fest. KPCW even made an appearance, broadcasting live from the festival.
