The 2026 Duchesne County Fair is currently underway at the Duchesne County Fair Grounds, offering a week of community entertainment including motorsports, live music, and rodeo competitions through Saturday, Aug. 8.
Opening Week Events
The week of festivities began on Monday, Aug. 3, with the Live A Little Mini Monster Truck Tour. The motorsports show, which features high-flying jumps, wheelies, and racing, was scheduled for 7:00 PM with general admission priced at $10.
Following the opening show, the fair hosted a family night on Tuesday, Aug. 4. This event, held from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, featured free activities, games, and interactive experiences designed for families to participate in together.
Musical Performances
Musical performances serve as a centerpiece for the fair's schedule. On Wednesday, Aug. 5, the fair presented the America 250 Concert at 7:00 PM in the outdoor arena. This concert was offered with free admission to the public.
The fair's musical programming concludes on Saturday, Aug. 8, with a finale concert held in the indoor arena.
Rodeo and Derby Competitions
High-impact competition is scheduled for the latter half of the week. On Thursday, Aug. 6, the outdoor arena will host a demolition derby at 7:00 PM. The event features drivers from across the region competing in a competition of metal-crunching action to determine the final standing vehicle. General admission for the derby is $20.
Tradition continues on Friday, Aug. 7, and Saturday, Aug. 8, with two nights of rodeo action. Starting at 7:30 PM in the outdoor arena, the rodeo showcases western traditions including bull riding, bronc riding, barrel racing, and team roping.
Admission for the rodeo events is $15 for adults. Children aged 12 and under, as well as senior citizens, can attend for $10. Children aged 3 and under are admitted free to all events.
Ticket Pricing and Packages
For attendees looking to attend multiple events, the Duchesne County Fair offers season tickets. These tickets include the motorsports thrill show, the demolition derby, and both nights of the rodeo.
An adult season ticket is priced at $55, while child and senior season tickets are $45. Purchasing these packages provides a $5 discount off the regular individual ticket prices. The America 250 concert is not included in the season ticket package as it is a free event.
Fair Policies and Terms
The Duchesne County Fair has established specific policies regarding ticket sales and attendance. According to the fair's official policy, all ticket sales for events, attractions, and entertainment are final. The organization does not allow refunds, exchanges, credits, or transfers.
Tickets are intended to guarantee admission to the event rather than specific seating, unless otherwise stated. The fair also notes that it reserves the right to modify schedules, performers, or attractions without notice. In the event of a cancellation where no reschedule is offered, the county will determine if refunds or credits will be provided and communicate those procedures to ticket holders.
Location and Duration
The fair is located at the Duchesne County Fair Grounds, situated at 60 W 400 S in Duchesne, Utah. The event continues through Saturday, Aug. 8.
