SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — A private investigator has released a composite sketch of who he believes helped kidnap and kill 6-year-old Rosie Tapia in 1995. Rosie Tapia was discovered missing from the bedroom in Salt Lake City in the early morning hours of August 13, 1995.
