The Utah Marriage Commission is offering free access codes for its RELATE and READY programs through online registration surveys, according to documentation released on Sept. 5, 2026. The registration process requires participants to provide contact information and demographic data to receive access to the programs.
RELATE Program Registration Details
The RELATE program is currently accepting registrations through a digital survey hosted by the Utah Marriage Commission. To receive a free access code, individuals must complete a brief survey that requests their first name, last name, and an email address for receiving the code, surveys, and additional information.
Participant Demographics
In the RELATE registration process, the Utah Marriage Commission also collects demographic information to better understand its participant base. Potential users are asked to indicate if they are Utah residents and to provide their age within several specific categories: under 18, 18-24 years old, 25-34 years old, 35-44 years old, 45-54 years old, 55 years old or older.
READY Program Registration Details
In addition to the RELATE initiative, the Utah Marriage Commission is offering free access codes for its READY program. Much like the RELATE registration, the READY survey requires applicants to submit their first name, last name, and an email address to facilitate the delivery of access codes, surveys, and information.
Demographic Requirements for READY
The READY registration survey gathers similar demographic data to the RELATE program. Participants are asked to confirm their status as Utah residents and select their age from the following categories: under 18, 18-24 years old, 25-34 years old, 35-44 years old, 45-54 years old, or 55 years or older.
Outreach and Information Channels
The Utah Marriage Commission tracks how individuals discover these programs through various outreach channels. Registration forms for both RELATE and READY include options for participants to report how they heard about the initiatives, including billboards, email lists, friends or family, professional referrals, radio, school, social media, the StrongerMarriage.org website, or other sources.
Registration Platform Information
The registration forms for both programs are hosted on the Utah Marriage Commission's Qualtrics platform. These surveys serve as the primary method for distributing free access codes for both the RELATE and READY programs to interested Utah residents.
